1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AI SOFTWARE MAKER LIMITED (Company Registration Number: 16976707), whose registered office is at Flat 39 Norfolk Court, Glandford Way, Chadwell Heath, Romford, England, RM6 4US, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AI Software Maker provides custom software development services, including but not limited to AI automation tools, CRM systems, web development, and related consulting services. All services are provided on a bespoke basis with pricing determined through individual quotations.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All pricing is provided on a custom quote basis. Quotations are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Subject to change based on project scope modifications
• Exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated
• Provided following initial consultation and requirements gathering

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom software developed specifically for them. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law. We expect clients to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Software Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

7. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements. Specific warranties may be provided in individual service agreements.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, clients shall pay for all work completed to date. We may suspend services if payment is overdue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
